Mit der Veröffentlichung des Buches „Big Tail Elephant: Build and Resist“ im März findet auf der Art Basel Hongkong eine Buchpräsentation mit Talk im Rahmen des Programms der Art Basel Conversations statt.

In diesem historischen Moment globaler Krisen muss eine Kunstinstitution offen sein für innovative Veränderungen, um zukunftsfähig zu bleiben. Das Times Art Center Berlin wird seinen physischen Raum in Berlin Mitte verlassen und seine Experimente zukünftig flexibler und vielseitiger organisieren. Das Programm wird online und in unterschiedlichen Räumen fortgeführt werden.
Das Times Art Center Berlin ist die erste Parallelinstitution, die von einem in Asien ansässigen Kunstmuseum im Ausland gegründet wurde. Als unabhängige und selbstverwaltete Organisation will es neue Modelle für die Entwicklung asiatischer Institutionen für zeitgenössische Kunst in Europa und der Welt erforschen.
